Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Service provider
Zé Entulhos — skip hire and debris removal in the Algarve, Portugal.

2. Scope
- Hire of skips for construction & demolition waste;
- Delivery and pickup at the indicated location;
- Routing of waste to a licensed operator.
3. Contract formation
The contract is formed upon express or tacit acceptance of the quote. The quote is valid for 15 days.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices include delivery, pickup and disposal;
- VAT at the legal rate;
- Bank transfer, MB Way or cash.
5. Delivery and pickup
- Standard delivery within 24 hours;
- Standard skip stay 5 to 7 working days;
- The customer ensures vehicle access and any required municipal permits.
6. Accepted and rejected waste
Accepted: construction debris, tiles, plaster, timber, iron, soil, glass, plastics, green waste.
Not accepted: household/organic waste, asbestos, paints, chemicals, oils, batteries, tyres, hospital, radioactive, liquids.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Portuguese DL 24/2014 (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), the consumer has 14 days to withdraw. This right does not apply once service execution has begun with express consent.
8. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the value of the contracted service.
