This Privacy Policy describes how Zé Entulhos collects, uses and protects the personal data of its customers and visitors, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese Law 58/2019 of 8 August.

- Address of the project site;
- Email address (when provided);
- VAT number and billing data (only if you request an invoice);
- Content of messages exchanged via WhatsApp, phone or email.

- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): quotes, scheduling, service delivery.
- Legal obligation (c): invoicing and waste-management reporting.
- Legitimate interest (f): commercial relationship management, fraud prevention.

- Unconverted quotes: up to 12 months;
- Invoicing data: 10 years (Portuguese tax law);
- Messages: up to 24 months after last contact;

- Transport providers and licensed waste-management operators (APA);
- Accountants and the Portuguese Tax Authority;
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp and Meta Pixel) and Google Ireland Ltd. (GTM/Analytics), under EU-approved standard contractual clauses.
